Striving for the best. . . 
Here on our farm in lovely central FL,  the main goal is to have quality aussies that are well socialized, have wonderful personalities, and work hard.  They enjoy various jobs such as herding cows, helping catch goats or chickens, or simply going horseback riding, hiking or boating with us.  They're an endearing, loyal breed. . .  but VERY energetic and tough as nails.  Not to mention stubborn- if they think they can get away with being the boss- and are ton smarter than you'd ever give them credit for. . . which you'll understand if you own one.

Besides enjoying these dogs as my companions and farm helpers, a big goal in my breeding is producing an all-around well built dog with an excellent temperament while keeping/preserving the brains, herding drive, and working abilities that Australian Shepherds were meant to have.  All of my dogs are AKC & ASDR registered, have genetic testing done, and get OFA evaluations for hips and elbows. I don't have many dogs as I want to be able to spend a decent amount of time with each one... yet this is a fantastic breed and any breeding I do I want done towards the standard of the breed.
