SALES POLICY
 

- A $100 deposit is required to get on the waiting list if no pups are available.
  This will go towards the $300 puppy deposit.

 Once the litter is born . . . 
​- To reserve a puppy, a $300 deposit is required to be placed.  This goes toward the final price of the dog.  We will not hold longer than 2 days without deposits!  A sales contract will be sent over shortly after the deposit.                                                                 
-For deposits, we accept PayPal, Venmo or gooddog.  Upon pick up, PayPal, Venmo or cash.  No checks please
-Once a litter is born, those on the waiting list can pick (according to the order they are on the list) then the remaining puppies are open to the public.
-If you choose to wait or pass on a puppy for some reason, deposits are non-refundable, or you can roll your deposit over to another pup in another litter.
-We have the right to keep any pups to further our program
-Puppies will not leave here till 8-10 weeks old
-They will be microchipped, have first 2 rounds of shots, and up-to-date on deworming. They will also come with limited or full registration, depending on agreements made prior.  Full registration will be to approved homes only.
​-All tails will be docked unless you have made a prior agreement with us to leave the tail.
-Pups will have a 1 year genetic health guarantee if they are checked by your vet within the first 72 hours of being picked up.
-All our pups will have been socialized and around lots of farm life/action. Raised inside and outside, and working on doing their business outside :) We put a lot of time an effort in our pups and truly want you to be getting a wonderful companion.
